In this, I am talking about a problem that some people have to face when they go to get the Oracle Free Cloud service.When going to create an account on the Oracle website to get the Oracle Cloud service.Some people get a message like this even when they have filled all the details correctly.

Can't sign up, We're unable to process your transaction. Please contact Oracle Customer Service.

This kind of message will come and you will not be able to create the account.So it may be due to some mistake or shortcoming on your part.So if you correct these defects that occur while creating an Oracle Cloud account, you will be able to create an Oracle account easily.

So let's try to find a solution for this error through these methods.

1.  Do not use any VPN or proxy server while creating the Oracle account
2. Also, if you failed to create an Oracle account before, clear the cache and cookies of the browser you used.
3. Do not use prepaid cards during the Oracle Cloud verification process
4. If you use a debit card, check if international payments are enabled
5. Try to use a debit or credit card related to the country where you are creating the account... (but this is not practical for some countries..)
6. Do not use emails with names like Oracle or Cloud
7. Don't choose servers with high demand where everyone is trying to create accounts eg Singapore, South Korea, Japan
8. It has been said in Oracle Cloud itself that they should not be selected because they are high demand server.
9. Try creating the Oracle Cloud account on a computer with a different IP address
10. Brave browser does not support Oracle Cloud, so do not use that browser
11. Try selecting a different Oracle Cloud region, especially the US West region
12. If you are using an ad blocker extension, try disabling it
13. Do not use the email address that was used before to create the Oracle account..try to use a different one.
14. Always use the name used for the credit card when creating the Oracle account
15. Also try to use credit cards like Visa, Master and Amex
16. Try to register from Oracle Global Website
    

Also, if you do not get a solution from any of the previously mentioned options, contact the customer service provided by Oracle Cloud Service and try to get a solution for this problem...
